Jon Piron
Founder | PresidentPerformance Marketing executive responsible for scaling revenue at three VC-backed AI Performance Marketing Tech startups: 1) QuanticMind, an SEM bid platform (acquired); 2) TapInfluence, the largest Influencer Marketing platform globally (acquired); and 3) MotiveMetrics, an Ad Copy offering for Google & Bing. During his tenure, each company grew annual revenue (ARR) to ~$10M, representing anywhere from 4x to 20x growth and resulting in the ability of each startup to raise over $20M in venture capital (~$75M total). It was during this time that Jon formed a unique and extremely effective methodology for managing Paid Search accounts himself. Traffic By Intent was born from our early efforts to automate & productize his proprietary approach, which so far has produced double-to-triple digit growth in SEM Accounts — like clockwork.

Sankar Patel
Co-Founder | CEOOver 20 years of performance and brand marketing experience at agencies like Universal McCann, Carat Dentsu, BSSP and PHD. Sankar led advertising strategy and execution for clients like Disney Parks and Resorts, Playstation, MINI Cooper, Fitbit, Microsoft and more. Sankar has also been an in house marketing leader at brands like Uber, Sunbasket and Osmo by Byju’s.

Caleb Corprew
Co-Founder | Chief Revenue OfficerCo-founder of Slate Social, an Atlanta based public sector digital strategy firm, Caleb and his team have run multimillion dollar campaigns for federal agencies. Caleb's career in search technology began in 2021 after joining Jon Piron at a Palo Alto based startup focused on the application of AI within Google and Bing advertising.

Joseph Hall
Co-Founder | Chief Product OfficerA seasoned marketing executive with over 14 years of experience leading both in-house and agency organizations. With a deep passion for innovation and a strong focus on behavior science, he has built many exceptional customer and product experiences. Having spearheaded global digital and demand generation marketing programs at renowned agencies like 3Q/Dept, as well as in-house at industry giants like Nutanix and Snowflake. What sets Joe apart is his invaluable experience at Google, providing him with a unique insider perspective that enriches his approach towards paid search challenges.

Brad Melluish
Director of EngineeringBrad brings over a decade of experience in software engineering and web application development. A former Googler, his tenure in Mountain View was centered on building out the Angular ecosystem and developing internal tools for Google Ads. Previously, he also worked extensively in AI training, UI/UX, and API integrations for Samsung’s Bixby assistant at Samsung Research.
